We are currently hiring a Senior Analyst, Evo Strategy & Operations . This role is based out of our Burnaby office and operates in a hybrid work environment, with in‑office collaboration three days per week.
As a Senior Analyst, Evo Strategy & Operations you’ll play a key role within the Evo Car Share team, working closely with Customer and Fleet Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance partners. This role combines strong analytical expertise with a deep understanding of operations to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision‑making.
As an Excel expert, you will partner closely with Operations and FP&A to deliver accurate forecasts and budgets, while leading day‑to‑day and ad‑hoc business reporting and analysis for the Evo car sharing product. You’ll interpret complex business questions, extract and analyze data, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and business cases that influence decision making across the Evo business.
You’ll leverage your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning to uncover insights, monitor performance, and support expansion opportunities. Your work will directly support Evo’s operations, growth strategies, and executive‑level decision‑making.

Internal Applicants : This is a Grade 13 role and the internal posting will close on December 23, 2025.
Salary and benefits : The salary range for this position is $91,185.84 to $113,982.36 and is determined via job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
