Job descriptionSupport financial planning and tracking both from an overall budget perspective as well as specific areas of focus such as chargeback models across GPCBEs application portfolio. Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Create team-wide communications regular stakeholder updates and organize SVP-led sessions such as Ask Me Anything events. Bachelors Degree in Business Technology or related area. Operations Business Analyst and / or Project Coordinator experience. Financial Acumen. Self-motivated and results-oriented - desire to take the initiative and go the extra mile. Strong communicationin English (both written / verbal)and presentation skills. Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and leadership. Good analytical problem solving and organizational skills. Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a proactive Operations Analyst to join our central team supporting GPCBEs senior management and delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys working across multiple teams and wants to build expertise in operations strategy and financial management.
Is this role right for you
- Strategic & Operational Support
- Collaborate across teams to create and consolidate materials related to strategic roadmaps. Items often include; key program and project milestones cloud migration plans and application rationalization plans.
- Contribute to internal and technology-wide cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead GPCBEs onboarding program for new hires coordinating logistics training sessions and system / office access.
- Resource & Financial Planning
Support resource capacity planning and tracking across GPCBE ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Represent GPCBE in biweekly calls with the Global Communications team.
