We’re hiring a Mobile Projects Technician for casual Hours to complete special cleaning projects at multiple sites. This role focuses on floor care, including auto scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and burnishing.


*****Must have a valid Class-5 driver's license and the ability to travel to Fredericton to pick up a work vehicle*****
  • Auto scrub floors and deep clean various floor types
  • Strip and wax floors (VCT/tile, etc.)
  • Burnish/polish floors to a high shine
  • Safely operate floor machines and cleaning equipment
  • Travel to different client locations as scheduled
  • Follow company safety standards and job procedures


Requirements

  • Experience with stripping/waxing/burnishing and auto scrubbing (preferred)
  • Valid Class-5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
  • Available for evening/night/weekend work as needed
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Schedule: Flexible shifts (often evenings/nights)

Identify potential safety or maintenance issues. Communicate them to your supervisor. Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks Use of products or supplies and incident reporting. Language Skills Ability to communicate effectively in English Understand and follow directions in English.
