Mega Mold International Inc. is a leading manufacturer of precision tooling and mold components serving customers across North America. We are currently seeking an experienced Tool Maker to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a highly skilled Tool Maker who takes pride in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional quality.This role requires the successful candidate to travel as needed to customer locations to support tooling during mold tryouts, production launches, repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting.Key ResponsibilitiesConstruct, alter, repair a variety of molds to close tolerances as required to fit and assemble partsParticipate as assigned in all phases of mold-making projects from start to finish, including spotting, grinding, polishing, and assemblyPerform numerous grindings, EDM operations, fittings on projects as assigned; verify accuracy and functionality of work at all stages to ensure total customer satisfactionParticipate in projects (from one to six at a time); balance priorities in personal work schedule to ensure timely delivery of error-free products to customers always maintaining customer-focused prioritiesQualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience building and repairing precision tooling and molds.Ability and willingness to travel within Canada, the United States, and internationally as required.Strong working knowledge of computers required. Ability to view drawings and build based on that knowledge.
