- Partner with executive leadership and product teams to craft key messaging for announcements, partnerships, and company milestones.
- Advise leadership on reputation management, media engagement, and communication best practices.

- Oversee creation of high-quality content including thought leadership articles, blogs, case studies, white papers, presentations, and executive messaging.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment between PR content, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
- Lead messaging for product launches, campaigns, and events to maximize awareness and engagement.
Public Relations & Media Relations
- Build and nurture strong relationships with technology, business, and industry media outlets.
- Draft press releases, media kits, backgrounders, and statements for corporate announcements.
- Coordinate and support leadership representation at press conferences, and speaking opportunities.
- Monitor media coverage, share of voice and sentiment, preparing regular reports and analysis to measure PR impact and inform strategy.
Digital & Social Communications
- Manage the company's social media strategy as it relates to PR, brand awareness, and thought leadership.
- Oversee responses to public inquiries and media questions across digital platforms.
- Partner with the digital marketing team to amplify earned media and measure content reach and engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or brand management - ideally within the technology or innovation sector.
- Proven success in developing and executing media relations that drive measurable results.

- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling narratives.
