ANALYST, REVENUE MANAGEMENT DATA

The Opportunity
We are looking for an Analyst, Revenue Management Data to join our Tariff and Revenue team. As an Analyst, you play a critical role in supporting Strategy and Planning teams by analyzing and interpreting traffic data to drive strategic decision-making. You are responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing traffic data to provide insights on emerging trends across our organization, including : capacity, scheduling, demand, on time performance, overloads, pricing, inventory, revenue, yields, volumes, forecasting, validation, customer segmentation, demographics, market intelligence and performance.
You bring expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, forecasting, and relationship building to help transform complex data into actionable insights that support our organizational goals.
The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Management, you add value and are energized by key areas of oversight such as :
- Preparing and presenting data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes;
- Interpreting key financial data and operation results and making recommendations;
- Providing support to the Management team with investigation, reporting procedures, project support and testing;
- Collaborating with Tariff and Revenue business partners to understand key business priorities and curating actionable business metrics and insights;
- Designing, developing, and maintaining self-service dashboards and scalable analytics solutions for Business Leaders and Strategy and Planning;
- Providing relational data models and building dashboard reports in select platform (Python, Oracle, Power BI, etc.);
- Supporting the overall accuracy, integrity, and governance of our systems;
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve data collection processes, analysis methods, and reporting tools;
- Implementing best practices in data management and analysis to enhance the overall effectiveness of Strategy and Planning;
- Compiling, analyzing, and submitting traffic data to comply within internal and external reporting or other legislative requirements;
- Thorough understanding of correlation between demand, volume, pricing, yields, revenue, budgeting, forecasting, customer segmentation, scheduling and reporting;

Additional information
The target salary range : $83,500 - $104,300 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity.
