Job descriptionProperty Management Assistant – Commercial Real Estate Surrey, BC | $60,000–$70,000 + Benefits A growing commercial property management organization is seeking a Property Management Assistant to support a portfolio of office, retail, industrial, and commercial strata properties throughout the Lower Mainland. This role offers significantly more exposure than a traditional administrative position and is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within commercial property management. Working alongside experienced Property Managers, the successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to tenant relations, building operations, contractor coordination, lease administration, budgeting support, and property inspections. The Role This position combines elements of property administration, facilities coordination, and assistant property management. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day support of a commercial property portfolio while working closely with Property Managers, tenants, vendors, and accounting teams.
