Funds Processing Administrator
Full-Time | Desjardins Financial Security Investments
Ontario, Canada

At Retirement by Design, we specialize in retirement and estate planning—and we know that exceptional client experiences are built on operational excellence behind the scenes.

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, process-driven professional to join our team as a Funds Processing Administrator. This is a critical back-office role responsible for ensuring investment transactions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance.

What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end transaction process, including:

  • Processing trades (purchases, redemptions, switches, transfers, rebalances)
  • Reviewing and validating documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Submitting transactions through FundSERV/Dataphile
  • Managing NIGO (not in good order) items and resolving processing issues
  • Handling account setup, transfers, and client updates (KYC, banking, etc.)
  • Tracking workflows and ensuring all transactions are completed on time

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or investment processing
