Job description5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support. Hands-on experience with HPE SimpliVity (required). Strong hardware and software management skills. Experience with system management software and virtualization. Comfortable working remotely and supporting enterprise-scale environments.
Our client is seeking a remote Infrastructure Support Specialist with expertise in HPE SimpliVity for a 3–6 month contract to assist their team with ongoing support and infrastructure management. The existing team is at capacity due to other projects, so this role will provide crucial additional support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide IT infrastructure support focused on HPE SimpliVity .
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Work with system management software to configure settings, manage images, and allocate memory.
- Assist in procuring and deploying hardware while utilizing SimpliVity software to support operations.
