Job Description
  • The Infrastructure Support Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise‑level server environments with a focus on security vulnerability remediation.
  • This role requires strong hands‑on experience with Windows and Linux server administration, SCCM operations, and enterprise patching processes.
  • The primary objective is to identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities while ensuring overall system stability, patch compliance, and audit readiness.

Essential Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Strong experience administering Windows and Linux servers within enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency with SCCM for deployment, patching, and configuration management.
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities across large server ecosystems.
  • Ensure system stability through structured change management and adherence to operational best practices.
  • Maintain patch compliance across environments and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
  • Support infrastructure optimization and tuning initiatives, including MySQL platform tuning where applicable.
  • Participate in ongoing improvement of security posture through monitoring, reporting, and remediation activities
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with MySQL performance tuning and optimization.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure security best practices and enterprise hardening standards
