The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Insurance Administrator to support daily operations and ensure a seamless client experience.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nepean, Ontario. The successful candidate will play a critical role in policy administration, claims coordination, and client support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage policy documentation and maintain accurate client records
- Assist with claims processing and liaise with clients and insurers
- Support clients in understanding their insurance coverage and next steps
- Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
- Coordinate renewals, updates, endorsements, and administrative changes
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal procedures

Requirements
- Strong understanding of insurance and/or financial services principles
