Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is currently seeking a detailed-oriented Payroll Administrator for our Regina location. This position will focus on payroll administration across Canada and the United States.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Full cycle payroll administration for salaried or hourly employees in various jurisdictions
  • Ensuring Brandt policies and procedures are being followed
  • Communicating with managers and employees on a regular basis
  • Maintaining employee personnel files
  • Management of employee data in HRIS

What We Look For

  • Experience with UKG preferred but not required
  • Minimum two years of full cycle payroll experience required
  • Knowledge of Canadian and American labour standards
  • Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English & French is considered an asset
