What You’ll Be Doing

As an HR Administrator (Summer Student), you will support both client-facing consulting work and internal business initiatives. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with HR consulting projects across multiple client organizations
  
• Supporting the development and review of HR policies, procedures, and documentation
  
• Conducting research on HR best practices, legislation, and emerging trends
  
• Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate coordination
  
• Preparing reports, presentations, and client deliverables
  
• Supporting HR system implementation and data organization
  
• Contributing to internal projects such as process improvement and content development
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR student who is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources or related post-secondary program
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, etc.)
  
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative
