They operate on an international level, within Canada and have offices across the country. They specialize in servicing sectors includingernment, healthcare,mercial, and industrial.Your New RoleAs the Facilities Administrator you will be reporting into the Manager of Administration. You will be joining an existing team of Facilities Administrators. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team for P3 facilities. Responsibilities will include:
  • Support the facilitites management team by drafting correspondence and reports as well as ensuring filing is maintained and managed.
  • Develop and maintain manuals, operational plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in managing sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate, organize, and attend meetings as well as provide meeting minutes.
  • Manage office supplies & inventory, distribute mail & packages, placing orders, and other administrative tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact and liaison for thepany over phone and email.
  • Track estimates for project management: minor works, capital projects.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Experience in Facilities Administrator role or administrative experience with a Facilities Managementpany.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong MS Office experience (MS Project is an asset).
What you’ll get in return
