Are you a sales professional that is looking for an exciting new chapter that is long term? As a Product Specialist, you will:

  • Have unlimited earning potential!
  • Proactively pursue and hunt for business through cold calling, networking, and having a strong community presence.
  • Consult with customers over the phone and in our beautiful showrooms providing sound guidance on our products and exceptional customer service to align them with the most relevant and desired appliance needs.
  • Welcome and greet customers listening with empathy, addressing objections by offering your timely solutions and credible advice
  • Achieve and pursue monthly and annual sales and revenue targets ensuring the highest level of customer service
  • Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development keeping up to date with Trail systems and operations, marketplace information, products, pricing, and trends.

Eligibility

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Retail or sales experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Must have the ability to travel to assigned store or learning facility
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located

Bonus Points

  • Appliance or industry knowledge
  • Second language: Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Punjabi, and Hindi
  • You can relate to our customers' by having laundered clothes, unloaded a dishwasher, arranged items in a refrigerator or have prepared a tasty meal
  • Passion for or an interest in “lifestyle” (food, wine, cooking, fashion, coffee, home design, and/or construction)

Compensation, Benefits and Perks

  • This is a 100% commission opportunity with uncapped and unlimited earning potential! Within your first year, you can earn commissions and qualify for in-house and manufacturer incentives.
  • To support you during onboarding, you will receive payments to support your training (you get to keep the higher of the two: commission OR guaranteed training salary):
  • First 6 months: guaranteed income of $4,000 monthly
  • Second 6 months: guaranteed income of $3,000 monthly
  • After the training period, you'll earn pure commission on delivered goods, plus additional incentives.
  • We also offer paid time off, generous employee discounts, extended health care, dental coverage, professional development programs, and opportunities for career growth.
$42,000 - $150,000 a yearuncapped and unlimited ($250,000 plus)INDHPNWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
