The Project Manager is poised at the intersection of visionary leadership and meticulous execution. With a keen analytical eye, they delve into the depths of project variables to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, client goals and team capabilities. At the core of their role lies the knack for synthesizing a gamut of data into actionable insights that propel the project trajectory towards success.

What your week will look like

  • Analytical Expertise: Interpret production data, employing statistical techniques alongside contextual understanding.Leverage data-driven insights to direct the project and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all project undertakings resonate with business goals, team needs, and defined project parameters.Harmonize team efforts with organizational methodologies, governance structures, policies, and processes.
  • Management Prowess: Oversee project documentation, monitoring, and progress reporting to ensure transparent and timely updates to all stakeholders.Coordinate administrative and logistical aspects of the project including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement.
  • Team Engagement: Assist team members in realizing their performance goals and navigating through their individual success trajectories.Cultivate an environment of collaboration, facilitating the resolution of roadblocks and fostering transparent communication among team members and clients.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify, document, and devise mitigation strategies for potential risks, unknowns, and challenges encountered during the project lifecycle.Foster a conducive environment for change management, aiding the team in adapting to project evolution seamlessly.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain an open channel of communication with clients to understand project requirements, and ensure alignment of expectations and project deliverables.Draft and disseminate clear project status reports, providing clients with a holistic understanding of project progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure project adherence to frameworks, with meticulous maintenance and tracking of all requisite documentation.Lead coordination efforts for project-related meetings, ensuring seamless interaction among team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

To join our dynamic team, you must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • BA/BS/BComm degree.
  • Proven experience in project management or team leadership roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in meeting facilitation and documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting aptitude.
  • Basic understanding of software development projects and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting adaptability and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Experience with web development projects, large-scale projects with enterprise customers, and working in a billable setting
  • Certifications: Candidates with CAPM, PMP or CSM certification would be preferred.
