We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Cloud Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our cloud computing infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line support for cloud computing infrastructure issues, including troubleshooting, incident management, and resolution.
Assist in the implementation and configuration of cloud-based systems and services, ensuring smooth integration with existing IT infrastructure.
Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to optimize system efficiency.
Collaborate with senior IT professionals to analyze and resolve complex technical problems related to cloud-based applications and services.
Respond to user inquiries and support requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Document support activities, including technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records.
Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and trends, and proactively propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and security of cloud-based systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and deployment of new cloud-based projects.
Assist in the maintenance and administration of platforms, ensuring system stability and performance.
Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.) and virtualization technologies is required.
Bachelor's degree or internships in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
Must have strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, principles, and architectures, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
Must be Familiar with cloud service providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their respective offerings.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) will be an asset.
