Job Description :

Drive Global Business Transformation

As a Project Support Analyst , you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of our global business transformation initiative. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, mitigate risks, and achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management Support : Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
• Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, project teams, and external vendors.
• Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Document Management : Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.
• Tool Utilization : Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Power BI) to track progress and analyze data.
• Change Management : Support change management activities to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
• Global Collaboration : Work with teams across different countries and cultures.
