Job Title : Project Support Analyst

Pay range - C$68.97 - 96.55 / hr

Job Description :
Drive Global Business Transformation
As a Project Support Analyst , you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of our global business transformation initiative.
You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, mitigate risks, and achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management Support : Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
- Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, project teams, and external vendors.
- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Document Management : Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.
- Tool Utilization : Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Power BI) to track progress and analyze data.
- Change Management : Support change management activities to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
- Global Collaboration : Work with teams across different countries and cultures.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Power BI)
- Understanding of SAP S / 4HANA and Ariba technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
