Job Title: Senior Project Manager (ServiceNow / Program Delivery)
Location: Ottawa, ON, Canada (Hybrid 3 days onsite mandatory)
Duration: Long-term Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project / Program Manager to lead multiple high-impact initiatives within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program delivery, stakeholder management, and exposure to the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead and manage multiple project managers and project teams
- Oversee end-to-end program delivery (initiation to operations)
- Define scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Develop project plans, charters, communication, and change management plans
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues and dependencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders and executive leadership
- Drive governance, reporting, and performance tracking
- Work within Agile/SDLC frameworks
- 15+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
- Proven experience leading large-scale IM/IT programs
- Experience managing ServiceNow-related projects (2+ years)
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience in risk management, reporting, and governance
- Experience with Federal Government / Public Sector
- Bilingual (English & French)
- Experience managing enterprise transformation programs
