This role is a key leadership position within the IT department, serving as the primary liaison for a growing network of regional healthcare partners. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing shared platforms such as Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow, while spearheading the adoption of transformative technologies like Microsoft Co-Pilot to drive staff engagement and operational efficiency.The Manager will lead several high-impact initiatives, including expanding partnerships with regional healthcare providers, optimizing IT service delivery, and overseeing departmental operations. Responsibilities include managing budgets, setting business objectives, developing and standardizing workflows, ensuring quality of services, and working closely with senior leadership to improve overall performance and service standards.
