The salary scale for Professional Support 5 is based on twelve steps that range from $81002.85 - $104460.93. New Professional Support may receive up to a maximum of seven steps for relevant occupational experience which is $91498.20 annually.

What you will be doing
Reporting to the Academic Chair School of Access Education and Language and a functional relationship with the Manager of Student Services you will :
- Provide career academic and personal counselling as well as guidance and support for students in the Adult Learning Program (ALP) leading to the Nova Scotia High School Graduation Diploma for Adults.
- Engage in student intake assessment data management orientation and retention support services as you collaborate with both the School of Access Education and Language and Student Services departmental teams as well as with support agencies.
- Working closely with faculty of the Adult Learning Program and collaborate regularly with staff members in Student Services.
