Responsibilities
- Maintain full accountability for the daily outputs, safety protocols, and equipment uptime of the stamping division.
- Provide mentorship and strategic direction to a diverse group of roughly 75 staff members across various shifts.
- Partner with the Quality Manager to uphold the integrity of the Quality Management System and IATF 16949 standards.
- Analyze operational KPIs to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and boost overall plant throughput.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including the recruitment, onboarding, and technical training of the workforce.

Qualifications
- Significant leadership history within a heavy manufacturing industry environment, specifically focused on stamping or automotive sectors.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale, multi-shift production teams to meet rigorous corporate targets.
- Advanced proficiency in Lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement strategies.
- Direct professional experience working within the IATF 16949 quality framework and managing PPAP or PSO documentation.
- The legal eligibility to pass a comprehensive criminal background screening.
