About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the Director, Product , you’ll be driving strategy, discovery, and delivery across key domains such as clinical, culinary and procurement outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned domain area, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and resource constraints
• Conduct deep customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and business outcomes.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, UX, Engineering, Sales, CX, and SMEs.
• Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and product priorities.
• Lead go to market readiness and collaborate with Marketing and Sales enablement.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle, design thinking, and roadmapping / prioritization tools (e.g., value vs. effort, this-or-that analysis).

What You Bring

Compensation : $80,000–$120,000 USD per year; $85,000-$125,000 CAD per year

This role requires working onsite in our Dallas or Cambridge office two days per week .
