- Develop Test Strategies : Create comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough testing of software products.
- Coordinate with Teams : Work closely with development QA and other crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Monitor Progress : Track project milestones deliverables and timelines ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks in the testing process and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication : Regularly update stakeholders on project status issues and resolutions.
- Resource Management : Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.
- Continuous Improvement : Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in the testing process.
