What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for NowAssist within ServiceNow, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of intelligent automation solutions leveraging ServiceNow’s AI and machine learning capabilities. You will collaborate with clients to solve complex business challenges, drive digital transformation, and deliver measurable value through AI-powered workflows and virtual agents.

About the team

As a Senior Consultant - AI -NowAssist - you will:

• Lead ServiceNow NowAssist AI engagements, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, and deployment.
• Architect and implement AI-driven solutions such as virtual agents, predictive intelligence, and automation workflows within ServiceNow.
• Advise clients on best practices for integrating NowAssist features to optimize business processes and enhance user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, project managers) to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow AI projects.
• Develop and deliver technical documentation, solution presentations, and training for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, AI trends, and industry best practices to ensure innovative and effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow NowAssist AI functionalities.
• Mentor junior consultants and support business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including at least 1 year focused on NowAssist, AI, or automation modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, AI/ML capabilities, and integration methods.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflow automation, and virtual agent configuration.
• Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow AI projects for enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist, NowAssist, or related) highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with other AI platforms or automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, RPA).
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and data analytics.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
