Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst will support operational reporting, and visualization needs that enable productivity and workforce management insights. This role focuses on building dashboards, maintaining reporting accuracy, and translating data into clear, actionable information for business stakeholders. The analyst will work with BI tools and light SQL queries to ensure timely and effective delivery of insights.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize operational performance and workforce metrics.
Write and optimize basic to intermediate SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
Partner with business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver user-friendly solutions.
Ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with data governance standards.
Present insights in a clear, concise manner to support decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization.
Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and visualization.
Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data validation (light to intermediate complexity).
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices.
Exposure to cloud-based analytics environments (e.g., Databricks, Azure) is an asset.
Understanding of operational metrics related to productivity and workforce management.
