Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Intelligence Developer to join our Marketing & Communications team.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Launching insightful reports that showcase marketing performance and areas of strength as well as opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver analysis and insights that highlight marketing and customer performance, ROI, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and enhance the marketing analytics platform using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama/MCI) and PowerBI.
• Design data models, mappings, and harmonization across internal and external marketing data sources.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and custom metrics to support marketing performance analysis and decision-making.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to gather requirements and improve reporting solutions. Understand their challenges and optimize their results.
• Use metrics to create presentations of marketing performance and analytical insights for executive audiences.
• Designing new metrics and methodologies to support the marketing understanding and decision process related to investment choices.
• Maintain and govern the MCI platform, including monitoring data feeds, ensuring data quality, and supporting documentation and standards.
• Test and validate data accuracy, transformations, and custom logic within MCI to ensure reliability.

What you will bring to the team:

• Around 5-10 years of relevant experience in using analytic platforms in marketing and sales organization.
• Strong background in data analytics, BI development, advanced Excel or ETL/ELT work.
• Solid SQL and SOQL skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user friendly reports, presentations and insights
• Ability to teach and train marketers on analytics topics
• Ability to construct and trouble-shoot analytics APIs, custom metrics, formulas and dimensions to ensure accurate reporting and insights
• Experience with any of the following: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, GA4, CRM data, media data or marketing reporting
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, MCI/Datorama (preferred), (TotalConnect, LiteConnect, Data Fusion, DQL, etc)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI)
• Ability to manage multiple data sources and build clear dashboards
• Experience with marketing platforms: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Python/JS for automation (optional)
• Knowledge in Salesforce and or Account Engagement/Pardot reporting and dashboarding as well as Salesforce data investigation, analysis, modeling, and integration
• Enjoy working with global teams on important analytics topics to the business
• Driven to learn and be at the forefront of the latest industry news and best practice
• Advanced English proficiency in spoken and written communication.
• Scheduling flexibility for collaboration with global team members.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday – Hybrid – GHD office 3 days a week

This role can be based at any of our offices in Ontario

The salary range for this position is $91,900.00- $153,125.00 CAD. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
