The Manager, Integration Management Office (IMO) is responsible for supporting the successful integration of newly acquired businesses into TMX Group's operations, from the due diligence phase through to the final integration of the future operating model. The Manager will work to ensure various workstreams are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard. The role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This individual will also provide support to the Strategy team with ad hoc analysis and special projects, as the need arises.

Reports to : Director, Integration Management

This role is hybrid (2 - 3 days / week in the office) - based in Toronto, ON.

Key Accountabilities

The Manager plans, controls and executes upon approved integration programs by carrying out the following activities using TMX standard processes and toolsets :

Due Diligence

• Partner with Corporate Development during the due diligence process and support the Director in determining integration costs, revenue / cost synergies, integration risks and means to mitigate.
• Work with Director / Business Unit (BU) teams to define integration vision, future operating model, and resource requirements to drive execution.
