As we continue to grow, we are seeking a HR Senior Generalist / HR Managerto join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and adaptable HR professional who enjoys both strategic involvement and hands-on execution across a wide range of HR functions. The ideal candidate brings broad HR experience and excels in fast-paced, evolving environments that require adaptability and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into HR strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment efforts, from posting to onboarding.
• Support and coordinate the implementation of HR initiatives and programs across the business.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, process employee lifecycle changes including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other transactions.
• Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, demographics, recruitment metrics).
• Manage full-cycle payroll processing and administration, including biweekly payroll, ROEs, year-end, benefit enrolment, and RRSP contributions.
• Support and guide the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
• Support initiatives that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and a positive workplace culture.
• Provide day-to-day support to employees on HR policies, benefits, and employee relations matters.
