Our client is seeking an HR Lead to provide hands-on leadership across the HR function while supporting leaders and employees throughout the organization. Based in-office in St. Albert, this role combines day-to-day HR delivery with team leadership across employee relations, talent acquisition, disability management, payroll and benefits oversight, workplace safety, and HR systems.
