Social Media: Develop and schedule engaging social media posts, monitor social channels, and engage with the community.

Digital Marketing: Update and create webpages, set up webinars, and ensure content is accurately published and optimized.

Customer Marketing: Effectively communicate product updates and support a strong, connected customer community.

What success looks like: 30 Days Demonstrate strong attention to detail and clear communication in deliverables.

Gain a thorough understanding of the brand voice, products, services, and key marketing objectives.

Assist in drafting and scheduling social media posts and email marketing campaigns.

Support coordination of at least one event or campaign component.

  • 60 Days Demonstrate ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines successfully.

Take full ownership of social media scheduling and community engagement.

Write and schedule marketing emails independently.

Write and publish your first blog post.

Develop one sales enablement resource, such as a one-pager.

  • 90 Days Consistently apply feedback with measurable improvement in quality and efficiency.

Prioritize competing initiatives effectively and communicate proactively about timelines.

Independently execute campaign deliverables aligned with key marketing initiatives.

Own event coordination from pre-event logistics to post-event processes.

What an ideal candidate will have: Experience & Education 1–2 years of full-time marketing experience (B2B or SaaS experience is an asset) Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Core Capabilities Attention to Detail: You maintain a high standard of accuracy in content, campaign setup, and execution.

Ability to Apply Feedback: You incorporate input thoughtfully and demonstrate consistent improvement over time.

Time Management: You manage deadlines responsibly and deliver work on schedule.

Prioritization: You can assess competing demands and focus on what moves initiatives forward.

Communication: You communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Execution & Ownership: You follow through.

You do not wait to be reminded.

Strong Writing Skills: Ability to craft engaging, clear, and persuasive content for various audiences.

AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools for prompting, drafting, refining content, and building simple workflows to increase efficiency.

Able to leverage AI to enhance output while maintaining sound judgment and accountability.

Tools & Platforms: Hands-on experience using marketing automation, CRM, CMS, social scheduling, or basic design tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite) is an asset.

A digital portfolio must be submitted with your application.

Please include writing samples, campaign assets, or marketing materials you contributed to.

Your portfolio should demonstrate: Your specific role in each project The thinking behind your decisions How you incorporated feedback Evidence of growth or iteration over time We care more about your reasoning and development than perfectly polished artefacts.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 CAD, with compensation determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
