Job description

Cella by Randstad Digital is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join a major global brand initiative. Operating in a flexible hybrid structure based in downtown Toronto, this individual will collaborate with project leaders and cross-functional teams to track key deliverables, coordinate global meetings, and maintain structured timelines across multiple workstreams.

Because this is a time-sensitive assignment starting immediately to support an upcoming launch, interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume (and any relevant portfolio materials or work samples) promptly for consideration.

Advantages
Flexible Hybrid Model: 1 required day in-office per week (Thursdays) in downtown Toronto, with remote flexibility for the remaining days.

Collaborative Schedule: Regular core hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) designed to facilitate seamless communication with global partners.

Enterprise Exposure: Hands-on experience supporting a major, multi-stream organizational brand program.

Long-Term Contract: Initial 12-month contract duration (September 30, 2026 – September 29, 2027) with potential for extension based on performance and workload.

Responsibilities
Track dependencies, update project timelines, and assist with workback schedules across multiple functional areas.

Schedule multi-participant meetings with internal and external stakeholders, taking clear, structured notes and distributing key action items.

Follow up with action item owners to monitor progress, identify potential blockers, and ensure project milestones remain on schedule.

Maintain central project documentation, dashboards, and reporting files to ensure accurate, up-to-date program visibility.

Investigate issues, cross-reference process documentation, and explore potential solutions independently before escalating risks to leadership.

Translate executive directions and meeting outcomes into actionable follow-up tasks and organized documentation.

Qualifications
Solid understanding of foundational project management concepts (e.g., deliverables, dependencies, workback plans, and schedules).

Practical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clear, complete, and professional messaging.

Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (academic group project experience demonstrating team collaboration and accountability is highly valued).

Open to motivated early-career professionals, recent graduates, or candidates with functional experience in administrative, marketing operations, or coordination roles.

Preferred: Hands-on experience with project management platforms (such as Smartsheet or Wrike) or interest in certifications like CAPM.

Summary
This opportunity is ideal for an organized communicator looking to build experience supporting dynamic, large-scale projects within a global cross-functional environment. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy keeping workflows structured and moving forward, please submit your resume and application materials today for immediate review.
