Position Summary

The Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day procurement, logistics and operations coordination to ensure our supply chain, production and delivery processes run smoothly. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with procurement / logistics experience in a manufacturing or vehicle-industry setting.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement :

• Source and purchase electric carts, spare parts, batteries, motors, controllers, chargers and related LSV components.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders to domestic and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and payment conditions in line with company objectives.
• Track order status and coordinate production or shipping schedule with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier / cost databases and assist in supplier performance evaluation.
