What You Will Be Doing: Transform event spaces by arranging furniture and room layouts to match event plans, specifications, and client expectations.

Move décor, furniture, supplies, and other event materials safely throughout the venue using carts, dollies, and related equipment.

Arrange tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and event equipment according to guest numbers and designated floor plans.

Support the event team with audiovisual equipment, extension cords, and basic lighting components as required.

Ensure event spaces and back-of-house areas remain clean, organized, and ready before, during, and after each event.

Break down event spaces efficiently after functions by removing décor, furniture, staging, and equipment and resetting the venue for what comes next.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys active, hands-on work and performs well in a busy event environment where the details make a difference.
