Job descriptionCreate team-wide communications, regular stakeholder updates, and organize SVP-led sessions such as Ask Me Anything events. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or related area. Operations, Business Analyst and / or Project Coordinator experience. Self-motivated and results-oriented - desire to take the initiative and go the extra mile. Strong communicationin English (both written / verbal)and presentation skills. Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and leadership. Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) Experience in Banking / Financial industry is a nice-to-have. Is this role right for you?
- Strategic & Operational Support
- Collaborate across teams to create and consolidate materials related to strategic roadmaps. Items often include; key program and project milestones, cloud migration plans, and application rationalization plans.
- Contribute to internal and technology-wide cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead GPCBE’s onboarding program for new hires, coordinating logistics, training sessions, and system / office access.
- Support resource capacity planning and tracking across GPCBE, ensuring alignment with financial goals. esclarecer
- Support financial planning and tracking, both from an overall budget perspective, as well as specific areas of focus such as chargeback models across GPCBE’s application portfolio.
- Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
Represent GPCBE in biweekly calls with மணி Global Communications team.
