We’re looking for an SDR / Junior Account Manager to help drive new business and support our growth in the high‑tech sector.
In this role, you will:
Generate new business and engage tech companies needing recruiting support
Qualify prospects and hand off opportunities to Sales Managers
Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach
Track KPIs, pipeline activity, and revenue performance
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to sales strategy and market growth
0–3 years in sales development, business development, or account support
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical hiring needs (developers, engineers, product roles)
Experience managing a pipeline and working toward revenue goals
A leadership mindset and the drive to grow
