Job descriptionEngage and build strong relationships with C-level and director-level contacts, proactively negotiating and closing new business opportunities. Prepare and submit comprehensive, accurate weekly reports, including plans and expense reports, ensuring timely and thorough communication. Draft and document tenders and proposals (RFPs); experience in this area is highly desirable. Analyze financial statements and reports to gain insights into operational performance, control measures, and financial health. Conduct decision analysis, identifying trends, budget variances, and strategies to enhance profitability and cost efficiency. Bachelor’s degree and or 5+ years of business development experience in fields like Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Communications, Information Technology, or Hospitality. Skilled in creating and documenting tenders and proposals (RFPs) is a plus. Familiarity with CRM and / or ATS software is highly desirable for efficient client and candidate relationship management.

- Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 annually plus uncapped commission
- Job Type / Shift : Full-time, Permanent (hybrid)
