We are looking for an experienced Coordinator to become part of a great team working out of the office in Ottawa East - this role is in the moving industry, so any prior experience with this kind of industry or similar is a MUST!
In this role, you’ll be a very important part of the day-to-day operation of the company. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet, remain cool-headed in a crisis, and juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.

Responsibilities
Notify customs of incoming goods from overseas.
Manage relocations for house accounts.
Coordinate international moves and container shipments.
Liaise with the van line to facilitate assigned moves.
Collaborate with dispatch to schedule and organize moves.
Plan workloads and timelines in partnership with dispatch teams.
Utilize various software tools for dispatch, customs documentation, and related processes.
Handle bonded goods in compliance with Canada Customs regulations.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the moving industry, preferably as a Move Coordinator.
Proven experience managing international relocations.
Familiarity with customs clearance processes for shipments.
Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
Proficient in using various computer software and tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
