Intiveo is growing and we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the team in our Vancouver office.

We are looking for an energetic, driven, and positive person that thrives in a rapid-growth and high velocity sales environment. You are a dedicated sales professional, eager to drive deals. We seek people who want to continuously improve and go above and beyond.

If you are a coachable, curious, and competitive individual, intrigued by our vision of improving patient care through technology, we would love to hear from you!

⚡What You'll Do:

  • Managing inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects
  • Generate value for potential customers and book product demonstration webinars and calls
  • Managing prospect expectations and overcoming objections
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meeting
  • Attending Trade Shows across North America when necessary
  • Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role

Who You Are:

  • 0 to 1 year of sales or professional experience
  • A strong interest in building a career in sales
  • Curiosity & demonstrative evidence of professional & personal development
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths
  • Self disciplined, organized and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives

How We Give Back to Our Employees:

  • Generous vacation time
  • Wellness Fund
  • Education Fund
  • RRSP matching
  • ESOP (employee stock ownership program)
  • Annual retreat
  • Volunteer Day
  • Plus, your birthday off! (Who wants to work on their birthday?)

We embrace diversity and encourage you to share your voice. We want you to think outside the box, present new ideas, and be willing to fail. Our employees are empowered daily to see how their work helps Intiveo achieve our goal of becoming North America's #1 patient care service provider.
