About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) I, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and enabling our vendor and partner ecosystem.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated, early-career sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and developing expertise in technology solutions. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally, gain exposure to industry-leading vendors, and grow into a subject matter expert (SME) within our sales organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, proactively addressing needs, and positioning value-driven solutions
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for partner and customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience
  • Drive vendor-led initiatives and support partner enablement programs that align with strategic growth goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to execute business plans, campaigns, and go‑to‑market strategies
  • Develop expertise in vendor products, programs, and industry trends, becoming a trusted resource for stakeholders
  • Manage and grow a sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and opportunity progression
  • Track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to achieving revenue targets
  • Participate in account planning and business reviews with sales teams to identify expansion opportunities
  • Ensure accurate reporting and timely follow-up on all customer and vendor activities
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development, including vendor-led learning opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a related field
  • Associate’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement strategies
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and deliver customer value
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and cross-functional partners
  • Comfortable learning and working with CRM tools, sales platforms, and emerging technologies
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to perform under changing priorities
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and support flexible work hours when needed

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role can be performed in a professional office or remote setting. It may require extended periods of sitting, phone usage, and computer work, along with occasional movement such as standing or walking.

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Hiring Salary Range: $63,900 - $68,000 CAD

  • Agir comme point de contact principal pour les demandes des partenaires et des clients, en assurant une expérience fluide et réactive
  • Soutenir les initiatives dirigées par les fournisseurs et les programmes d’activation des partenaires alignés sur les objectifs de croissance
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les partenaires fournisseurs pour exécuter des plans d’affaires, campagnes et stratégies de mise en marché
  • Développer une expertise des produits, programmes et tendances du marché, et devenir une ressource de confiance pour les parties prenantes
  • Gérer et développer un pipeline de ventes, incluant la génération de leads, leur qualification et l’avancement des opportunités
  • Suivre la performance par rapport aux indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de revenus
  • Participer à la planification de comptes et aux revues d’affaires avec les équipes de vente afin d’identifier des opportunités de croissance
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux et des rapports précis des activités liées aux clients et aux fournisseurs

Ce que nous recherchons

  • 3 à 4 ans d’expérience en vente, développement des affaires, succès client ou domaine connexe
  • Diplôme d’études collégiales en administration, marketing ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente (atout)
  • Bonne compréhension des processus de vente, de la gestion de pipeline et des stratégies d’engagement client
  • Capacité démontrée à établir des relations, influencer les parties prenantes et générer de la valeur client
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
  • Excellentes aptitudes en organisation, gestion du temps et multitâche dans un environnement dynamique

Rémunération
