We are offering a short term part-time contract employment opportunity for a Development Coordinator Role in Vancouver, British Columbia. This role is crucial within the team, where you will be tasked with processing, maintaining, and updating various forms of customer and donor information, as well as handling incoming and outgoing mail. Responsibilities :

• Handling and sorting incoming donations mail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ensuring the accurate maintenance of customer records and donor information in our database
• Preparing batches for bank deposits and entering credit card batches into the system
• Providing excellent customer service through handling donor calls and inquiries and resolving any issues
• Undertaking administrative duties such as scanning, copying, and preparing outgoing mail
• Requesting updated credit card information or other contact updates from donors when necessary
• Demonstrating strong data entry skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Candidate must possess the ability to answer inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal.
• Ability to distribute incoming mail promptly and accurately.
• Prior experience or familiarity with mail distribution processes is advantageous.
• Proficiency in mail processing tasks is expected.
• Experience in scanning documents and maintaining electronic filing systems is preferred.
