Summary :

KITS is looking for a Retail Associate to create memorable, lasting impressions of our store and brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences in both the optical department and cafe.

You’ll ensure that customers have a smooth, pleasant experience upon arrival, guide them to the appropriate areas, and support the retail team as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Greet all customers as they enter the store with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for all customers; continuously strive for excellence in customer service.
• Assist in managing store traffic flow, ensuring customers are directed to the correct lines (e.g., optical, cafe) and waiting areas.
• Direct clinic patients to the appropriate reception area to ensure they are greeted promptly and directed to their appointments.
• Assist customers in placing orders and facilitating returns and exchanges.
• Obtain patient prescriptions from optometrists to guide patients in post-appointment care.
• Recommend frames that suit the customer's style, face shape, and prescription specifications.
• Perform fittings and adjustments for glasses.
• Repair broken frames and ensure the proper tools and supplies are available.
• Assist with scheduling and managing customer appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Obtain a deep understanding of KITS frames, products, and Designer brand selection.
• Support store sales goals through proactive customer engagement.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items to our customers (training provided).
• Help team leads with various in-store tasks, including restocking, organizing, and maintaining the store's visual appearance.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is between $20.00 to $22.00.
