Job description

Kelly Services is currently hiring a Customer Support Coordinator for a client in the trucking industry located in Scarborough, ON. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a high-volume, customer-focused role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via email related to orders, quotes, and general requests
  • Process a high volume of customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Enter and manage order details within a TMS system
  • Coordinate internally to ensure orders are properly communicated and completed
  • Provide shipment updates and tracking information as requested
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally within the transportation industry
  • Experience using a TMS system (Truckmate or similar is an asset)
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • A customer-focused and detail-oriented approach

What’s in It for You:

  • Pay rate $23/hour + vacation pay
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days in office
  • Overtime available
