Job Description
INTRODUCTION :

As a Customer Support Coach, you will be the first line of response to our customers over the phone, email, and chat. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that they and their clients have a world-class experience with Trainerize, our fitness-focused SaaS platform.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
Trial Support : You'll help customers navigate our free trial and coach them on how Trainerize can benefit their business.
Customer Support : You'll respond to customer inquiries using our playbooks and help them solve challenges related to our platform.
Customer Feedback : You'll be the voice of the customer, escalating issues and feature requests to our product and development teams.
Mastering Trainerize : You'll become an expert on our platform and have opportunities to share your knowledge with the team.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED :
Experience with ZenDesk, Hubspot, and Slack
Fitness-related background
0-2+ years customer service experience
AND IT'S GREAT TO HAVE :
Comfortable with technology
Enjoys supporting business owners be successful
Excellent communication skills
Organized
Love problem-solving
Able to multitask with ease

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $41,000 $49,400 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
