Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative - Sales Support to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Production, and the shop floor. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and be skilled at managing schedules, deadlines, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales team, providing exceptional support to meet customer expectations.
• Act as a liaison between departments—Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Production—to ensure accurate scheduling and order fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with shop floor teams regarding production schedules, deadlines, and priorities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Manage and process customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to maintain smooth order flow and on-time delivery.
• Arrange shipping and delivery of materials and manage import / export documentation.
• Invoice orders, process returns, and issue credits as needed.
• Address customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and share insights with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (experience with D365 is an asset).
