This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. Responsibilities : Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product / service based on their unique needs. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate. Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic. Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Staying informed about company updates, product changes, and service enhancements. Track interactions - Record customers interactions in internal systems for cross-functional awareness and relationship development. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as required. Problem Solving - resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
