Job description

Adecco is currently seeking a Commercial Customer Support Representative to join their team for a 24-month contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide excellent customer service in the aerospace industry, managing customer inquiries and supporting customer orders from intake to shipment.

  • Pay rate : $25-$27 / hour.
  • Location : Ajax, ON
  • Shifts : Rotating schedules

Weekdays 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm and 11 : 00am-7 : 00pm

  • Weekends 11 : 00am-7 : 00pm

  • Responsibilities :

  • Responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours, addressing spares pricing, availability, order status, and credit requests.
  • Actively managing a predefined customer allocation, ensuring prompt and efficient support.
  • Analyzing CSC master data to support CSC tools and operations.
  • Managing customer purchase orders from order intake to shipment, liaising with logistics, credit control, and warehouse teams.
  • Identifying and solving system or tool blockers to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Handling manual purchase order management for customers when automatic order booking is unavailable.
  • Collaborating with the Wheels Brakes (WB) Commercial Managers to allocate parts in line with contracts.
  • Billing for services such as On-wing Repairs, RDAS, Training, and Technical Publications.
  • Actively coordinating Aircraft on Ground (AOG) activities, supporting urgent customer requests as per AOG rules (RFQ, order entry, deliveries).
  • Participating in reviews and meetings, providing insights on process improvements.
  • Requirements :

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in front office customer services / account management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, or French being a preferred asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve blockers.
  • Must be able to pass CGP and criminal background checks.
