Job description
Position: Service Coordinator
Location: Boisbriand
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience
Telecommuting: Hybrid mode

A renowned manufacturer known for their expertise in industrial steam solutions is looking to enhance their team of experts by adding a Service Coordinator to primarily serve the Eastern region, but also the entirety of Canada. This company has proven itself to its clientele over the years and stands out as a beacon in the industrial world.

The ideal candidate must be perfectly bilingual, agile, multitasking, have good interpersonal skills, and above all, be an excellent coordinator.

Responsibilities
- Answer service department calls
- Setting appointment with customers for service calls and Surveys
- Quotations for the technicians and Surveys
- Processing Service, install and Steam trap surveys orders
- New product entry forms for Purchasing to creates in AS400.
- Service van order for technicians
- Service Open orders follow-up
- In house repair schedule with the In house Technician
- CRM opportunity creation / contacts
- PO’s processing for Service contractors
- Service invoicing
