What Will You Be Doing Day to Day?

• Act as a key point of contact between clients, carriers, sales, and internal teams
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues or escalations with professionalism
• Coordinate shipments and ensure smooth execution from pickup to delivery
• Prepare, review, and manage shipment documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized records in internal systems
• Monitor shipments and proactively address delays or issues
