About the role :

The Location Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of camp activities. Working closely with the Regional Manager Location Manager and Inventory Coordinator the Location Coordinator oversees the execution of daily and weekly activities including Specific Training Areas (STA) at Laurus Summer Camp. They also provide on-site support to staff and ensure a positive experience for campers and parents.

Responsibilities :

Pre-Camp (Training & Site Preparation)

• Assist in training summer camp counselors in collaboration with the Regional Manager and Location Manager .
• Help with the preparation of the camp site ensuring all necessary materials equipment and logistics are in place.
• Ensure a smooth opening of the location by coordinating with staff and assisting with setup.

On-Season ( March break 2026 and 9 Weeks Late June to Late August)
